Pricing & Payment

All products will be sold at competitive prices. Prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of delivery. We accept multiple modes of payment via secure third-party payment gateways.

Returns & Refunds

For in-store purchases, only sealed and packed items will be eligible for exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase subject to presentation of valid invoice. No returns or exchanges permitted for purchases made through mobile application once delivered.

Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment source within 3 business days. For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be credited to Jiffy wallet within 1 day from approval date.
