Instructions | Add one cup mix to 1 cup water and ? of sour curd to from batter. Set aside for 10 min. Spread sufficient batter on hot tava on medium flame. Add 1 tbsp. Oil to the sides. Garnish with chopped tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves and onions. Roast both sides till golden brown. Serve hot with MTR sambhar, coconut chutney and potato curry. |
