| Ingredients | rice -38%, bllack gram dal, refined wheat flour, rice flakes, edible vegetable fat, salt, raising agent (ins 500ii), acidity regulator (ins 296), fenugreek. |
| Instructions | Add 1 cup mix to 1 cup water and 1/2 cup sour curd to form batter. Set aside for 5 min. Spread sufficient batter on hot tava on medium flame. Add 1 tablespoon oil to the sides. Roast till golden brown. Serve hot. |
