Instructions | To make cooker cake pressure cooker should be minimum 3 liter. Place the stand in pressure cooker. Pour the water in up to 3 cm high from the bottom of the cooker. Now keep this cooker on flame and start heating. Grease the cooker pan with oil and lightly sprinkle with wheat flour. Mix the whole packet of cake mix, oil and milk in a vessel. Beat for 3 minutes with electric beater or for 6 minutes with hand beater till smooth batter is formed. (We recommend to use electric beater for better results). Pour the batter into a cooker pan. Place the cooker pan with batter on the stand. Close the cooker lid without whistle. Steam for 30 minutes on a medium flame. Open lid and allow steam to escape. Cake is baked when toothpick or knife inserted in the cake comes out clean. Remove the cake from cooker. Allow the cake to cool for 30 minutes. Decorate the cake as per your choice, cut & serve. |
