Instructions | 1. Put rice noodles in boiling water for 4 minutes and drain well. 2 Put rice noodles in cold water for 1 minute and drain well. 3 Heat oil in pan. Add Shrimp and cook for 1 minute. 4. Add soaked rice noodles and pad thao sauce & cook for 3 minutes. If noodles are still hard, add some water and cook until noodles are tendered. 5 Add bean sprout and Chinese chive, cook well and remove from heat. |
