Instructions | Mutton dopyaza recipe: clean and wash 1/2kg. Meat. Heat 2 1/2 tbsp. Oil/ghee in a pressure cooker and crackle 2-inch sprigs of cinnamon, 4 small green cardamoms and 4 cloves. Add 1 cup sliced onions and fry till golden brown. Add 1/2 tbsp. Ginger-garlic paste and fry for 2 mins. Add 2 tsp. Of Catch meat masala and salt to taste. Fry for 2-3 mins. Add the meat, fry for 5 mins. And add 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes, fry for 5-7 mins. And add 1/2 cup water. Close the lid and put on the whistle weight give 6-8 whistles then simmer for 7 mins. Till meat tenders. Check for seasoning. Serve topped with chopped coriander and julienne of ginger. |
