Sumeru Classiques Malaber Parathas are made from numerous wafer-thin layers of dough which are rolled, beaten and folded over and over again before they are cooked with ghee or oil on a hot tawa. Best served with kerala style stews or avial, these parathas are surprisingly good with North Indian curries.
