Ingredients | Venky's plain kheema 250g, oil 2 tbsp, chopped onion 2 nos., curd 2 tbsp, cashew paste 50g, egg 2 nos., ginger-gralic paste 1 tbsp, turmeric powder 1 pinch, coriander powder 1 tbsp, red chilli powder 1 tbsp. garam masala powder 1 pinch, fresh tomato puree 2 medium size, salt to taste, fresh coriander leaves for garnish. |
Instructions | Thaw the product in microwave as per microwave manufacturer's recommendations. Please ensure complete thawing of product before cooking. Gently fry the onion till golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and fresh tomato puree and curd and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and also add cashew paste. Mix all the ingredients together and put Venky's chicken plain kheema and cook for 10-12 minutes in slow fire. Finally add egg and salt and mix it together. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and serve with chapati/n/bread slices/pav. |
